Our philosophy is to provide our clients with the highest quality service, while minimizing our environmental impact.
B2B Crossing is build differently. Most warehouses can do the basics: Cross dock, storage, or distribution. Our leadership team consists of truck drivers, logistics industry leaders, warehouses and supply chain experts and warehouse staff who is not afraid to flip the dock or take on a product recoup call. This is because being a truck driver is not an easy task and liability insurance does not make it easy for larger operations to take on unorthodox tasks. So what does a truck driver to do when he has a chemical spill in his truck? How about broken glass or flour or even worse, paint or building materials that cannot be ofloaded with regular means. One of our locations has an extra dock entrance and isolated room to tackle those difficult problems. When we are asked "why do you guys take on such jobs when you can use that space for storage or other projects?" The answer to that question is simply, someone has to keep our drivers on the road.
